I’ve been practicing yoga asana for nearly 5 years now and Raj is definitely one of my favourite teachers. He keeps to the traditional teachings of Yoga and shares those teachings through movement and philosophy in a wonderful way. Everyone at Namaste makes you feel very welcome and included no matter at what stage of your yoga journey you are on. The building itself is lovely and has great views across the city. You can catch a beautiful sunset from the studio in the evenings! There is a good amount of parking for cars and bicycles. Tea and biscuits seems to always be available! Need I say more? Great studio, lovely staff and warm atmosphere.✌️💚

Anyone looking for Authentic teachers of the practice I highly recommend. Our classes are all ages and abilities and taught in a welcoming non intimidating environment. Returning to yoga with a history of back injuries, Raj has helped me build confidence and strength in both my ability and body. I've been to many yoga studios, but this studio is something else ! Raj and Gio are wonderful persons, they communicate their knowledge in such a positive way. They are dedicated to their work and to make the studio a constant better place. You are in good hands there! You will not regret walking in that studio and attending their activities. Wonderful place run by two amazing people. The chakra balancing day was truly beautiful and full of information l loved it and will definitely attend the next one's. A happy peaceful inspiring place.
